| Job Summary | W Principles is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Rendering Specialist with expertise in transforming architectural models into compelling, photorealistic visuals that bring designs to life. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual representations of projects that enhance proposals, communicate design intent, and strengthen owner understanding. The ideal candidate will play a key role in elevating the company’s visual presentation and supporting project acquisition. |
| Essential Tasks | Develop high-quality 3D renderings, models, and visualizations for all W Principles projects. Translate architectural drawings, site plans, and conceptual designs into clear, owner-friendly visuals. Support proposal development by creating graphics and visual materials for presentations and bid submissions. Collaborate with leadership, estimators, and external design partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. |

| Travel | Occasional site visits or client meetings will be necessary. |
| Work Environment | On-site. |
| Experience | 1+ years of experience in 3D visualization, rendering, or related field preferred. Experience in construction, architecture, or design-build environments is a plus. Proficiency in rendering and modeling software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, or similar. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. |
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Visualization, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. |
