Essential Tasks | 1. Work with Project Manager and Subcontractors to ensure Quality Product 2. Ability to read plans, specs, and incorporate shop drawings for all types of Vertical Construction 3. Versed in ACI requirements 4. Manage crew and schedule materials in productive and timely manner 5. Setup and operate Total Station and Theodolite 6. Perform layout for foundations, walls, anchor bolt placement, embeds for weld plates, etc. 7. Form basement, retaining, and stem-walls 8. Versatile form experience with Symons, Wood, Meva and Aluma-lite Systems 9. Form and Finish Site Concrete (Hand Joint, Retrace, Broom finish) 10. Safety Minded (OSHA 10 hr. certification preferred) 11. Understand Construction Schedule and work within Budget |

Preparation of construction site that include; shoveling, trenching, scaffolding, concrete, pipe laying. 4. Load and unload trucks and hoist materials to various levels of construction site(s). 5. Maintains a clean job site by keeping tools and equipment organized and free of hazards. 6. Ensures all OSHA and company policies regarding safety are followed. |

Summary | To build rough wooden structures used in framing, concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary framework structures found in the construction process. Experience in Aluma Gang forms a plus. |
Job Duties | •Measure materials and distances using a square, measuring tape, or rule to layout work. Cut and saw boards, timbers, or plywood using hand saws and power saws, and/or any wood working machine. •Assemble and fasten materials together to construct framework of structure using bolts, screws, and nails. •Anchor and brace forms and other structures. Measure and mark cutting lines on lumber, concrete, and steel. •Erect forms, framework, scaffolds, hoists, chutes, roof supports, using hand tools, plumb rule, and level. •Install rough doors and window frames, sub flooring, fixtures, temporary supports in structure undergoing repairs. •Bore bolt holes in concrete and wood using power drills. •Dig post holes and set poles to support structures. •The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking on narrow scaffolding at elevated heights. •The ability to analyze and evaluate results to find solutions to problems presented in the construction process. •The ability to work in teams and communicate with others, including outside team members. •The ability to always work safe and promote safety for yourself and other team members. |
