Delivered under the Walker Land Company’s development umbrella, Trinity Christian Academy’s new 35,000 SF school is designed to foster a thriving community where children can excel academically, spiritually, and socially, from Pre-K through graduation.
This project’s unique schedule required W Principles to release an early site package, an early building package, and a remaining building/site package to complete the project, which required extreme diligence to ensure the bid packages had a full-encompassing scope to complete the project. Through the release of early bid packages and despite halting construction activities for four months, W Principles and a team of contractors were able to complete the project two months ahead of schedule.
