Nearly a decade in the making, downtown Versailles now features a 6,500-square-foot market pavilion, a 1,500-square-foot event stage, and a boardwalk, all designed to rejuvenate the area with live music and community events.
In the middle of downtown Versailles, this site had multiple, large structures that were centerpieces of the project. As a schedule strategy, W Principles brought each structure (the boardwalk, pavilion, and stage) out of the ground simultaneously, which allowed the construction of each structure to have parallel paths to completion, resulting in a project that was completed two months ahead of schedule.
